We oversee our grocery retail business through Good Food Holdings, the parent company of five distinguished and enduring grocery brands: Bristol Farms, New Seasons Market, Metropolitan Market, Lazy Acres Natural Market, and New Leaf Community Markets.
Each brand operates independently with its own leadership team, company culture, operating philosophy, and go-to-market strategy—reflecting the unique needs of their respective communities.
Real Estate Business
We operate our real estate business through PKRE Investments, focusing on strategic property development, acquisition, and asset management that help us support and grow our retail footprint.
Investment Business
Through Pacific Alliance Ventures (PAV), our corporate venture capital arm, we invest in high-potential startups and small businesses in exchange for equity. We seek to foster innovation and long-term growth across sectors that align with our values and future vision.
